The Manufacturing Facility is WHO-GMP and ISO 22716 certified. The R&D Laboratory is certified by the Department of Science and Industry Research, Govt of India.
The minimum order quantity by default is 10,000 units. Please note, however, that we may lower the minimum order quantity for selective items to 5,000 upon the client's request.
There are no charges for Formulation development. You should only pay for getting the product manufactured. We however charge a security fee of USD 300 (or INR 20,000) for New Product Development which is refundable in the first order.

We are usually able to deliver our products within 60 days upon receipt of confirmation and approval of samples and designs. Subsequent orders usually take 45 Days from Order.
No, Our Product team can design the formulation specific to your needs. However, in a case where you already have a robust formulation in place, we also work as an OEM partner.
We work with leading packaging suppliers in India and thus are able to provide you with different types of primary and secondary packaging to choose from. In case of specific requirements, you can send us a picture of the container you wish to use, we can check the feasibility of getting the same for you.
No, It is against our practices to share formulations of our customers. Hitech has a team of Formulation experts who can help build a product as per your brand that your customers love & believe in. You can always use products manufactured by Hitech as references for texture/ packaging etc.
